In light of recent events and advice from Public Health England can I please remind everyone of the following.

If you are unwell or have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 you must reschedule your appointment. Someone you come into contact with could have a family member with a weakened immune system, as well as a risk to all my clients.

Secondly as a precautionary measure, anyone who has travelled or is due to travel you must let me know before your appointment and anyone that has been in contact with anyone from the affected countries or knows someone that has make me aware before your next appointment.
I speak for many when I say we are all unsure how far this is going to go but I’m sure we can all do our bit to help stop the spread of Coronovirus.

As my working environment is also my home so with the health of my clients and family being the most important thing, all my clients will be expected to wash their hands on arrival. I also have hand sanitizer in my bathroom and next to my lash bed.

Let’s hope this is something that goes as quickly as it came.

I do not want the quality of your lashes to be compromised so please ensure your lashes are cleaned and free of makeup, mascara and any oil based products before arriving for your appointment.

If they aren't, unfortunately a charge of £5 will be added to prep and clean your lashes to the best of my ability.

If your lashes take longer than 1.5 hours to infill, the price of the treatment will be a full set.

My working environment is also my home so the fact I can only provide a one-to-one treatment means I cannot accommodate children or friends who wish to attend with a client.

Please be aware my working hours are 9am-5:30pm. I then work 8pm-10pm to accomodate clients who are available in the evening. Anything after 5:30pm is a charge of £7 as this is outside of business hours.

If you have made a booking with myself and cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the full set as this does not allow me enough time to fill the booking.

Please let me know if you have hd a lash lift 6 weeks prior to your booking date with me as lash lifts within that time may still affect your natural lash dependant on your growth.

My policy regarding lashes is a new set, 2 infills then a new set. This allows me to ensure your lashes are regularly cleaned by me so there is no dirt and residue build up.
